DB Omniverse Guidelines
Sorry about the long wait, real-life problems and a cyber-bully kinda sneaked up on me. Anyway, here's the basic guidelines on who can enter the Omniverse tournament.
:bulletblack: No characters from non-DBZ related series.
:bulletblack: No characters ripped straight from the original series. (Meaning "alternate universe" ones are allowed, just like DB Multiverse.)
:bulletblack: No "god mods" or Mary Sues. Kinda takes all the fun out of it.
:bulletblack: No joke characters, please. That just means easy fights that won't be exciting.
:bulletblack: Please don't go overboard on how many transformations and power-up states your character has.
